How it will work

  1. Tell us what you need

    Choose the service, your island and area, and a budget range. We never need your home address to match you.

  2. Get matched within 24 hours

    We match you with a verified provider, or a real person on our team contacts you if we can't find one.

  3. Chat, agree, done

    Agree the price in the app, pay the provider directly, then leave a review of the work.

Why "verified" means something here

  • Every provider shows us a government photo ID (passport, driver's licence or NIB card).
  • Every provider gives us a clean Police Character Certificate from the Royal Bahamas Police Force.
  • Registered businesses also show a current Business Licence in the same name.
  • Ratings come only from customers who completed a real job, and are kept separate from verification.

Text & WhatsApp notifications

When the app launches, customers and providers can choose to receive notifications by email, text message (SMS) or WhatsApp in their account settings. Text and WhatsApp messages are opt-in only and are sent only about the person's own account, for example:

  • "You've been matched with a verified provider for your request."
  • "Your provider verification has been approved."
  • "You have a new message about your request."

We never send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help, and you can switch to email or turn notifications off at any time in your settings. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or messaging consent to third parties for marketing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy & Messaging Terms.
